Does any one believe 2012?

There is a significant chance that we may experience a pole shift in 2012. Our sun is due for its 11 year cyclical pole shift, at that time. Due to the influence of a planetary alignment, also scheduled, at that time, our Earth may shift its poles too. NASA has already confirmed that the Earth's north magnetic pole has started to migrate to the South Atlantic. It has also detected a diminishing magnetic field that accompany pole shifts.

According to some Mayans, this date marks the end of the long count of their calendar; Set to end on a winter solstice (12-21-12). On this date, our Solar system will be center aligned , in the Milky Way's equator. Our sun will be centered in a position called "The Tree of Life", as it does every 25,800 years. In this position, unusually violent sun spot activity may cause a pole shift. Earthquakes, tsunamis, and floods will run ramped. Significant loss of life will occur. Earths magnetic field will temporarily collapse. Humans will be exposed to a cosmic energy that will facilitate enlightenment. Geologist Gregg Branden gave a lecture back in 1996. He spoke of how ancient traditions and beliefs, of the coming new age, can be explained in the language of modern science. He shows there may definitely be something to the Mayan predictions about a (pole shift) as well as life ending as we know it. In fact, he claims Earth's rotation as well as its magnetic field are already in a gradual deceleration and decline. Further, at its current rate, both should approach "Zero" on 12/21/2012. His lecture is kind of long (4 hours), but I found it very interesting
It is PROVEN that on December 21, 2012 the milky way COVER the sun! What will happen next is probably proven but nobody will know about it. But i'm not just believing what i read. ITS PROVEN STUFF!!!!!

the mayan calander has been right so far. it's pretty depressing to think we only have 5 more years .. you might just think i'm blowing smoke and paranoid but it's pretty obvious its a REAL threat, especially if its on the news and a 4 hour segment on the History channel .. and people need to start opening their eyes .. yeah its hard to believe and VERY sad but we need to know whats going on and prepared. I have been a strong believer in the 2012 Mayan calendar thing for many years, I have many friends that believe it as well. We are all well educated so we are not just blowing smoke. It is well documented that the Mayan calendar ends on ..he events in the world lately have been a good indication that we are in the end times prior to 2012. Increased volcanic activity, weird weather patterns not only in the U.S. but across the world. Look at what Japan has suffered in the past few weeks. Increased seismic activity, these are all leading up to the predictions of the Mayan calendar

Right now we are in the period of reflexion. the period we are suppoe to reflex on what has happened. on Dec 2012. we are suppose to begin the period of enlightenment, which is truely suppose to start the period one why we are here. so many questions are going to be answered that are not answered now. This is going to cause catatrophic events. imagine all those people who believe in god , find out there is not a god. or visa versa. its going to shatter people beliefs. but the smart one are going to learn and adapt, while the rest of the world goes bonkers.

Difference is … 6/6/06 and the stupid Y2K was made up by morons in our time … Mayans wrote this 1,000's of years ago … and the calander has been right .. including what happened on 9-11!! how the F do you explain that =)
One last thing!

What will the Dark Rift do to Earth?

At 11:11 (I forget if it's AM or PM, that's something else I want answered) on December 21st, 2012, the Earth and Sun will be in alignment with the black hole in the center of the Milky Way.

But what will this do to the world? I know there are theories, like a Pole Shift, or Aliens coming to Earth, but has NASA ever said anything regarding what might happen?

any predictions that people have come across? i heard by 2012 that the north and south poles are gonna shift (by nasa). ANd i heard that when these poles shift an extra dimensional alien race would be able to interact with our dimension. Only to harvest us. haha this might sound funny, but read about this by various people(scholars, government officials) with the same story.

Opinions of 2012 also Mayan Theory supported bs NASA?
It is the end of the end of the Mayan calendar December 21, 2012 they believe the world will line up with milky way and in this happening cause the earths polar fields to reverse cause intensified global storms there will be an earthquake in every location, NASA is backing the Mayans up by this.

BTW – I don't think the world will end because of this, this type of thing happens every 26,000 years

The contemporary scientific community and even Einstein has predicted that on Dec 24 2012 there will be a polar shift here on earth because of Planet X or Nibiru disrupting our solar system. Basically they are saying that the north pole and south pole will switch in a matter of seconds , causing Earth to spin the other way around and therefore cause chaos here on Earth , they estimate that every calamity from A-Z will happen , and that a 3rd of the world will be wiped out. Is this myth ? Or is this really real ? How come NASA or any other space agency isn't alerting us about this , shouldnt we start preparing for this ?

It seems that we might live in historic times…all the planets in The Solar Sistem are warming,not just ours…which means that it's not because of the human overpupulation that lows resurces and rise the CO2 level.It might be a part of it,but apparently they are changes on all the planets,changes that are believed to have not occured in thousands of years…science may not be so accurate…I believe that the 2012 prediction is mostly based on the Maya calendar,wich finishes…but what about Nasa that tells us about a major planet or asteroid impact…This has happent in the past with our planet…it is logical if you look at it that way…Floods,'raining with fire'-asteroid hits,earthquakes…the planet has it's own way to escape us:P If you look at it from the Earth's point of view,many of us are not so friendly,and we should be shaken a little,so the planet can breathe….it is obvious that everytime it has happent someone got out,someone escaped…someone told the story…not to mention that they have preoven it scientifically…but it is possible to name a year as The year? A whole range of countries are building Doomsday Vaults,underground facilities or located in mountains to keep seeds protected in case of a disaster…My question is why now?Why all of them are planned to be finished before 2011?What is happening?

I know you know as little as I do,but maybe we'll hear some interesting opinions…they said on tv that the safest place to be if it happens is in caves,underground tunnels or plain land…no buildings…away from the oceans..but would we want to survive in a world without art,music,technology,a warm bed…a world were people become hunters again and kill each other?

Just a tought of mine…hope to hear some other interesting points of view..
