  According to Nostradamus and the Mayan calendar the world will end on the 21st of December 2012 (search this blog if you need to be convinced ). To help people know how many days they still got according to Nostradamus and the Mayan calendar we've created a clock to calculate how many days it's left to the 21st of December 2012.

  Some information on 2012

  The Mayan Long Count calendar is built up of units of 20 where 20 days made a uinal, 18 uinals (360 days) made a tun, 20 tuns made a k'atun, and 20 k'atuns (144,000 days) made up a b'ak'tun. On December 21st 2012 the calendar count will turn into 13.0.0.0.0. Since the calendar is linear and not cyclical many people mean that the world will end at the same time as the calendar turn into 13 b'ak'tun [1].

  NASA is comparing the fear for 2012 with the Y2K bug in the late 1990s.

  Nostradamus predicted a great comet, Nibiru, would impact the Mediterranean on December 21, 2012 [2].
