  and our way of life being disrupted by them and we learn there is a whole other realm to living we dont even know and we are opened up by them?

  if you've read "behold a pale horse", you might catch my drift about the alien thing.

  by the way this is just something to ponder, 2012 could mean anything, or nothing could happen. but the prophecy says life as we know it will end.
  why is it so crazy to think one day we'd be in contact with aliens.
  I think its pretty crazy that in all the thought of your lifetime you cant wrap your head around this one. theres no harm in trying to imagine different possibilities and scenarios. open up your mind and stop judging. you should learn to walk into ONE THING in your life without judging, then maybe you can open your mind, sir.

  all im asking is, the possibility of all these "prophecies" leading to a separate life force interrupting our s. Im sorry, what was so confusing about this?

   Shoving two highly improbable scenarios into the one theory does not make it more credible or reasonable.

   They were supposed to come on Y2K, but their version of the middle east got greedy and wouldn't give up the fuel.

   Maybe they'll get it back by 2012, maybe not.

   yeah i'm also interested in the same stuff and i'm familiar with "behold a pale horse." i also read a book that somehow enlightened my theories on that stuff, try "Nothing in this book is true, it is exactly how things are." by bob frissell

   Always something new pops up in here. Always. Sometimes not everyday, but at least once a week I hear a something I have never heard before. A brand new one for my brain to attempt to wrap around…

   This is not that one. I have heard it before and I must say you sound just as loopy as the last person that talked about 2012 and aliens…

   Long answer short: I highly doubt it.

    In an infinite universe all things are possible so anything of which we can conceive is possible, science relies on evidence to find the likeliest or most probable scenario rather than wasting time on something just because it's possible to imagine it. Until comparatively recently the 2012 date was simply the point at which the old Mayan calendar ended, it didn't become the date of the end of the world until we survived Y2K and the Apocalypse buffs needed the next available date on which to obsess.
