Question by Dymomt4: Galactic Alignment and the year 2012?
Well, the history channel is currently running their program on Nostradamus's Quatrains, the mayan calender ending on 2012, the egyptians etc etc.

Ok, so the galactic alignment occurs once every 25,000 years. Some how the Mayans ended their calender on this date. Now I understand after watching the stars for hundreds of years, by slight chance this is possible but the egyptians had knowledge of the stars etc.

Do you think there is any relevance between the galactic alignment,the cross of Hendaye, the words INRI's Hebrew meaning, and what I am thinking is possibly the free masons. THE NEW WORLD ORDER!, do you think that there might be a connection between the NWO with the world "ending" in 2012.

Personally, I do not believe that our earth will end in 2012, but it will be life changing. The masons believe that the new world order will lead not a nation or country but the world to unify as one…EARTH.

There are all these problems all a sudden occurring, Katrina, tsunami, the San Andrea's fault being 300 inches from where it should be posing imanent disaster unto California, The volcano at yellowstone possibly ready to blow, the finincial crisis, Iran now having technologies most of us would not like them to, and every other problem that we had/are having/ or possibly could happen.

The skeptics on here will say all of that is a coincidence but what if it is something more, a mere prelude to what awaits? Our world is slowly falling apart.

What is up with this Galactic Field in 2012?

Ok, I have heard plenty of stories , I am not buying the Mayan Calender or any other predictions and that nonsense about planet x or whatever, but NASA has said something about the earth will enter a Galactic field and the pole's will shift there position and I have seen Acclaimed astronomers saying it will cause total devastion to our planet. What do you guys really think is going to happen when Earth passes through this magnetice field and has this happened before recently? BTW, alot of people would like to think our planet is immuned to this sort of stuff, but actually in the universe stuff like this happens very regular. We our never really secure and if you thought otherwise I would say that is a false sense of arrogance and security. Really , I am concerned a lil about this since NASA has said something about the Pole Shift that will happen as a result of passing through this galactic field. Is there any evidence that this will have any detrimental effects on us and the planet?
Ok, dude, I watch the news an awful lot , along with the history channel , National Geography , and *Gasp* NASA. Yes they have said a such thing. You people obviously do not watch anything educational. They surely know that the Earth is not about to pass through the galactic plane, and that the position of the Earth in the Galaxy has nothing to do with changes in magnetic polarity. Ok, well, that is not what I thought, but at least I went to NASA and got a straight answer on it. Those 2 Astro Physicst I am talking about is that Asian guy and the African American Gentleman that are always on the history channel or other programs talking about this. I don't know, but I have my answer now. Thank God that we don't have to worry lol
oh btw Tina, I asked a question and I have gotten an answer that I am saitisfied with. I didn't find out about this on the Internet. I first seen it on the History channel. Something I would be shocked to find out if you watched that sorta thing. I would think you would be the more type to rather find out who Paris Hiltons New BFF is going to be.

I have been researching about Nostradamus lately and have seen something interesting. Three eclipses like no other, more destructive weather, and a galactic alignment. With global warming I am truly concerned with this. How is it Nostradamus predicted these things a long time ago and they are slowly happening in there own ways? I just want to be sure about the Galactic Alignment. Will it happen?
